As a trusted Strategy and Operations generalist, Rajib works closely with the Board of Directors and investors to position companies for growth. He identifies opportunities for acquisition, business transformation and ownership transition, while ensuring business continuity, EBITDA capture, and incremental improvement through cross synergies.
In an operations capacity, Rajib has worked withTechnology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), Private Equity (PE) C-Suite executives and PE investors to build strategic oversight and execution of key priorities and KPIs. Over the course of his career, Rajib has led market expansion, authored thought leadership, as well as recruited and developed other senior management and leadership talent.
In recent years, he’s executed COO, CFO, CIO, CPO, and CTO visions andcross-functional initiatives. At Altius, Rajib continues to provide overall strategy and vision for PE portfolio companies over the near and long term.
